The Nickel Institute made a presentation at the 2022 Prague Water Loss Conference by IWA, the International Water association. It demonstrated the lower life cycle cost of a stainless steel drinking water service line compared to a polyethylene one. The paper details the assumptions from this LCC exercise and offers sensitivity analysis as well.
