Nickel Institute appoints Linda Quirk as General Counsel

In her new position, Linda will be responsible for managing the Governance of the Nickel Institute, acting as Compliance and Privacy Officer as well as delivering legal advice and services.

She becomes a member of the Institute's Management Committee.

Linda is based in Toronto, Canada. She has extensive experience gained both in the not-for-profit and private sectors. Linda was latterly Vice President & General Counsel of the Canadian Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CCFTA) and their charitable foundation. Prior to this, she established her own corporate/commercial law practice. The early part of her career was spent at The Body Shop, Canada where she was Vice President Legal, HR & Corporate Affairs.
