Stainless Steel: One of the World's Most Recycled
Materials
The Nickel Institute, in cooperation with the International Stainless Steel Federation (ISSF), has developed
a communications programme to help communicate the fact that stainless steel is as easily recycled
as other materials such as paper, glass and aluminum.
Print Advertisments:
Print-quality digital files of the following advertisments are available for you to
customize to your unique communications purposes. Add your company logo, substitute the photographs you
see here with ones from your area, translate the copy into your local language and run
these advertisements in your local trade publications or your internal employee publications.

Website Links:
Point your audiences to the Nickel Institute's web pages
on recycling. They contain all the data upon which the above print resources were based.
Online Streaming Video:
The Nickel Institute has also created three short (50-second) video clips for you to
use. These are all available on the popular video web site You Tube. Please point your
stakeholders to these and post a link to them on your web site.
Online Audio Resources:
We are also planning to interview experts in the area of stainless steel recycling to
create digital audio files for online delivery.
Other Suggestons:
If you have any other suggestions on how we can communicate the idea that stainless steel is one of the
world's most recycled materials, please let me know.
