NiDI Consultant to Address Australian Corrosion Conference
October 21, 2002 -- Carol Powell, a U.K.-based consultant to the Nickel Development
Institute, will be the keynote speaker at a luncheon on the second day of the annual general meeting of
the Australian Corrosion Association (ACA).
The meeting is being held in Adelaide, Australia, November 10-13, 2002 as part of "Corrosion &
Prevention," a joint conference of the ACA and the Blast Cleaning and Coating Assocation of South
Australia.
Ms Powell will review the important considerations for the effective use of stainless steels in the water
industry.
